Returns
We want you to love your order. If there’s an issue with your product, please contact us at support@nijadrip.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective are eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Because our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size or color). Please review the size chart before ordering.
How to start a return
Email support@nijadrip.com with your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable). We’ll reply with next steps and return instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
